WEO 2005 (Middle East and North Africa Insights). The annex tables found in the PDF cover world totals with 'Other renewables' only; no separate world solar PV or wind row was found. Regional MENA wind and solar statements exist (e.g. Egypt wind) but are out of scope (global only).
