## Overview  
The final phase of the Envisioning Foresight Model focuses on **Application and Strategic Implementation**: turning insights into decisions, action, and long-term organisational capability.  
Foresight is only valuable when it changes how an organisation behaves.  
This stage is where the work becomes operational, embedded, and measurable.
